Ayer conocimos un sitio nuevo al que pensamos volver muchas veces más. Nos citaron allí por casualidad para una comida-reunión y ha sido todo un descubrimiento. Aunque nos gusta mucho comer sano, no somos muy seguidoras de los restaurantes que van cambiando de menú según van y vienen las tendencias, sin una filosofía clara, por eso nos ha gustado tanto Bump Green. Su carta es healthy porque ellos son healthy, y se nota que creen de verdad en ello.

Tomás, el dueño, atiende personalmente a las mesas y no repara en detalles cuando ve que el servicio se va a retrasar unos minutos. Nos obsequió con un hummus de remolacha con chips vegetales mientras esperábamos que estaba delicioso y también nos dio a probar un postre que acababan de incluir en carta.

El restaurante está en la calle Velázquez y su decoración tiene un toque indiano que resulta fresco y acogedor. Es perfecto para vegetarianos, veganos y carnívoros. Bump Green no excluye a nadie de su carta. Nosotras pedimos tartar de pescado y ensalada de pasta integral, ambos platos nos encantaron. ¡Os lo recomendamos totalmente!
