Con dos litros de agua al día, ayudaremos a aumentar el gasto energético, limpiar nuestro organismo y mejorar el aspecto de nuestra piel.
3. Olvídate de dietas milagros. Y en cuanto a la alimentación, no hace falta pasar de un extremo a otro. Deja a un lado las comidas copiosas, pero intenta no caer en las dietas o pastillas milagro. Lo mejor es llevar una alimentación sana y equilibrada a la vez que practicas ejercicio.
4. Haz yoga. Volver a la rutina después de estos días de fiesta no es fácil, por eso es bueno buscar una vía de escape para poder relajarse. Con el yoga conseguirás un estado completo de bienestar equilibrando cuerpo y mente.
5.Duerme más. Has trasnochado estas Navidades, y lo sabes. Recuperar el hábito de dormir bien es importante para perder peso. Está demostrado que cuando al reducir las horas de sueño los niveles de grelina aumentan, una hormona que estimula el hambre y reduce el gasto energético, además de promover la retención de grasas.
6. Ni alcohol ni refrescos azucarados. Si consigues eliminar este tipo de bebidas de tu dieta tu cuerpo te lo agradecerá. No solo te ayudará a almacenar menos grasas de forma significativa, sino que reducirá el riesgo de diabetes, el envejecimiento de la piel y la alteración de las hormonas. ¡Y no te fies de los refrescos lights! Consumirlos provocan un aumento importante en el perímetro de tu cintura y en grasa abdominal. Sustitúyelos por té, infusiones o zumos naturales y detox como los de Dietox.
7. Márcate una rutina diaria. Ya sabemos que el secreto del éxito está en la constancia, por eso es imprescindible seguir una rutina de ejercicios. El tiempo recomendado son 30 minutos de ejercicio moderado durante 5 días a la semana. Pero si lo que buscas es perder peso, lo recomendable son entre 45 y 60 minutos al día. Si no encuentras el momento para ir al gym, también puedes hacerlo en casa. En Internet encontrarás cientos de tutoriales donde poder elegir la rutina que mejor se adapte a ti.
8. ¡Date un capricho! Porque no todo van a ser sacrificios, también debe haber momentos para poder disfrutar de una buena hamburguesa o de tu pizza favorita. Pon un “día comodín” en tu semana para liberarte y comer lo que quieras.
